Buying a cell phone is one of the biggest deal as for some it is a investement but for some it is one time buy only, So you need to make the perfect Choice to buy a cellphone, this actually depends on your persoanllity
and your favourite list to buy a cell phone.
I cannot stop you to buy a Samsung or Iphone or Nokia it depends on you, I will just recommend you some things to look at while buying a cell phone say that you do not cry in thinking you made the wrong choice
