Who is Slender man?

There is a faceless, semi-human monster called Slenderman who stands eight feet tall, has tentacles for arms, stalks and eats small children, and communicates telepathically with his human servants, called "proxies."

Slender Man (a.k.a Slenderman) is a mythical creature often depicted as a tall, thin figure wearing a black suit and a blank face. According to the legend, he can stretch or shorten his arms at will and has tentacle-like appendages protruding from his back. Depending on the interpretations of the myth, the creature may cause memory loss, insomnia, paranoia, coughing fits (nicknamed “slendersickness”), photograph/video distortions and can teleport at will. The urban legend has inspired fan arts, fictional creepypastas and a mockumentary series in the style of the 1999 indie horror film Blair Witch Project. 

The Slender Man is a creature with defined characteristics and abilities. Slender Man was first mentioned in Something Awful Forum's "Create Paranormal Images". He generally appears (in modern times) as a tall humanoid creature in a black or grey suit, red or black tie, and white shirt.

Slender Man has been depicted in imagery and literature at anywhere between 5 and 16 feet tall, depending on the situation, though in video he is usually only around 7-9 feet tall. Because of his inexact nature, and differences between accounts, no one has yet determined what, exactly, the Slender Man is.

 His face is white. He has no hair, and generally has normal-looking bare hands, albeit with fingers longer and bonier than a typical human.

 What is his Story?

On June 8th, 2009, a “’paranormal pictures” photoshop contest was launched on the Something Awful (SA) Forums.The contest required participants to turn ordinary photographs into creepy-looking images through digital manipulation and then pass them on as authentic photographs on a number of paranormal forums. 

Something Awful users soon began sharing their faux-paranormal creations with layered images of ghosts and other anomalies, usually accompanied by a fabricated witness account to make them more convincing. 

On June 10th, SA user Victor Surge (real name Eric Knudsen) posted two black and white photographs of unnamed children with a short description of “Slender Man” as a mysterious creature who stalked children

On June 11th, 2009, Victor Surge continued to improve upon the myth by adding another picture and a fake doctor’s account. 

The following day, SA user LeechCode5 posted a photograph of a burning building with a Slender Man back story. 

On June 14th, SA goon TrenchMaul reused the Slender Man character for his own story. The original thread, which still remains active today, extends for 46 pages as of June 2011.

His Super Powers

The Slender Man's original abilities included:

1. selective invisibility (say, to adults or anyone without a camera)
2. the ability to change height and body shape
3. the ability to shape its arms into tentacles
4. and/or the ability to sprout tentacle-like appendages from its back and shoulders to be used as additional arms or legs (or simply to instill fear)

Many stories seem to indicate that The Slender Man can control a person's mind, which became the basis for the Proxies in the video ARG, a trend that later spread to Slenderblogs. 

The Slender Man also originally had stronger connections to children, and many of the original stories revolved around disappearing children or featured Slender Man sightings in photos with children. This was often attributed to the innocence and morbid curiosity of children, which could lead them down the path of discovering the creature.

 Is Slenderman Real?

Cant Say Whether he is real or not because Slender Man is most commonly depicted as being found in deserted and derelict locations, often forested, where he can hunt without his victims being able to get help from other people or emergency services.
It shows a preference for forests and dense woodlands, partly because he can easily blend with the trees, and partly because of how easy it is to confuse and terrify victims.

He has also been encountered in graveyards, old houses, ghost towns and abandoned mansions, where he lies in wait behind walls and doors to ambush its victims.

Conclusion

What I know about slenderman after all my research,
Slender man Could be after someone or may by with some one, We clearly cant say whether his face is pale white or not (does he really have a face !! ). He is most obsessed with children, And according to scientist children under the under 4-5 years old can see spirits with their naked eye, Slenderman was mainly found near children parks or near burned house with pictures of him
