How to shutdown your PC easily

Hi TTH readers. Window 8 has slightly lengthy procedure to shutdown it. So, I am going to tell you the shortest process for it.

Follow these simple procedure:
Method 1
1. Right click on Desktop.
2. Go to new and select shortcut.
3. In the location box, type:

C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t 05 -c "Shutting down...."




4. Click on next.
5. Type any friendly name.
6. Change its icon.
7. You are done. Double click this icon to shut down your PC.

This trick works in windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8.

Method 2
I am going to show you very easy process for shutting down, hibernating or restarting windows.

1. Press Alt+f4 together.



2. From the drop down box, select Shut down or any other.
3. Click OK.

4. You are done.

This trick works in windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8.

Method 3
This method shows you how to shut down windows 8. This method is unique in windows 8. Abovesaid methods also work in windows 8.

1. Move mouse pointer to topmost right corner.
A sidebar will appear.
Alternatively, you can press window+i from keyboard.
2. Click on setting.
3. Click on Power.
4. Click Shutdown/ sleep/ restart.



5. You are done.
