AdSense sends payments all over the world. 

So you will need to confirm with your bank and get details whether or not your account is able to receive AdSense payments via international wire transfer.
And also your bank can also inform you of any fees that you might be charged to receive wire transfers.

 If your bank account cannot receive international payments from adsense
  • A. The bank is not established yet
  • B. It is just a bank or Spam Bank
